Please Note

• Rates are charged on a daily basis with checkout before 10am, after 10am you will be charged for another day. 
• A confirmation of your booking will be emailed to your email provided within 48 hours. 
• $40 out of hours opening fee will be charged for out of hours pick ups and drop offs, not available after 630pm. 
• Christmas and New Years 2025/2026 we are closed for pick ups and drop offs Thursday Dec 25 and Friday Dec 26. Thursday Jan 1st and Friday Jan 2nd. All bookings require a non refundable deposit. 
   
• Due to animals being abandoned here in the past our terms and conditions are all animals must be paid and picked up within 7 days on the agreed pick up date otherwise they automatically become the property of Padz and Pawz Limited.
